All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions;

The customer acknowledges this agreement with the Terms of Sale by the placement of an order and purchase of a Product from 9MX.

  • (a) Prices and promotions listed in 9mx's website and advertisements are subject to change without notice.
  • (b) Payment is due before shipment.
  • (c) If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, 9MX shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, 9MX shall immediately issue you credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

9MX makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and information on our website. However, the information, services, products offered for sales and materials contained in and/or advertised on 9MX, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "As Is" basis with no warranty. 9MX and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via 9MX is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

When a customer places an order, the order will be shipped to the address designated by the customer as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All packages are insured for damage, loss and/or stolen. The customer is (if requested) responsible for filing any claims with the courier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Our shipping partner will contact the customer through the e-mail address or telephone number provided when ordering. If a door to door delivery is not possible, it is the customers responsibility to pick up the package at the address provided by our shipping partner.

All orders will be consolidated to one shipment, which may add additional time to the final delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and 9MX shall not be liable for delays.

Our shipping charges are for UK and Ireland ONLY !!!! All orders placed outside of this for delivery in Europe, Asia, USA, and worldwide will be subject to extra charges once a estimate has been given. You will be contacted with pricing information once your order has been placed.

Customers are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty (if any) that accompanies the product. 9MX provides no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. 9MX shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages (if any) arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to the law.

In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be struck from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

9MX shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.

These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by 9MX without notice, and are current as of the date of the the current advertisement or website.


RETURNS:

9MX.ie accept returns on the basis that the item/s are in the original re-saleable condition and are un-used. All packaging, wrapping, clothing tags and seals must be intact.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon receipt.

You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within the 21 day "cooling off" period from when you initially received your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a handling fee which will be deducted off of the refund total.

When returning an item/s, please ensure that you include your receipt of purchase, reason for return or exchange requirements, and enclose it with your returned parcel. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
